Size of Medium Cone

Asked for a medium chocolate dipped ice cream cone Sunday night. Started to pay the cashier and another person brought me a smallest ice cream possibly. I honestly do not think a small ice cream is even that small. The employee told me that this is a medium. Even the cashier told him I ordered a medium. I told him to look at the pictures of the three sizes of ice cream behind him. He responded that they weigh the ice cream for measurements. I asked to speak with the store manager, and he explained to me that he is the manager. I decided to take a picture of my cone for reference. This store off E. Alisal in Salinas, CA needs better customer service/management.
