Didnt give what was promised

I went to the Braums in Van Buren Arkansas on Pointer Trail today to get an ice cream that was wrong in the past. A couple of months ago I paid for a Chocolate Almond and got a PLAIN Chocolate waffle cone. I called them and they said I could come and get another and would write my name down. So, I went today to get it and I was told I couldn't have it replaced because it has been over 30days. NO ONE told me I had to get it with in 30days and the manager didn't even come to the window to speak to me. Poor employee had to listen to me complain which shouldn't be his job. I was to the point were if I wld have got it I wld have just thrown it away just to prove that it was my money to do what I want with it and if I want a Chocolate Almond and pay for a Chocolate Almond thats what I should get!!! If I want to throw it away then its my money and I can do that too! Not just give it to BRAUMS...
