Billed my credit card not only once but twice after I told them it was a one time use when I paid shipping for the postage, called no more charges they said after almost 200 dollars now charging again

Hydroxytone comercial came on and I ordered it with a free gift. I gave them my debit card number for shipping and told them it was a one time use only. When I went to pay my electric bill they had charged me approximately$84.00 and told me it was non refundable and I told them to not use the card again. Again, they billed me another approximate $84.00 as I recall, called again, said since the free gift got mixed up and I had another container of the cream the debit card was charged again, They refused to refund my moneyagain, messed my bills up. Now I notice that on the same card they are trying to charge another $25. How do you get these people to stop. Thank goodness I cancelled that card and the 25 wasn't taken out. Help please.
