I was solicited a free trial offer of 14 days from Hydroxytone. I sent my information back via email over a month ago. I have not received the product to use the trial. I was charged the $159.00 to my credit card. I have tried to contact the customer service dept several times to get this resolved. No luck. I don't get a call back after leaving my name & number as requested. I also have sent several emails to the company, requesting them to cancel any and all accounts they may have in my name. I've also requested them to credit my credit card back for the $159.00. No luck. Today I actually got someone to answer the phone, I explained the situation. I was told they don't have any accounts with my name or information. I was asked to call them back with my credit card information, credit card number. I was told they could locate my account with my credit card number. That's not going to happen! I'm not giving them my credit card information, to maybe be charged again?!?!? I have contacted the postal service, they don't have any packages for me from this company or any other company. I also contacted my credit card, to stop payment and any further payments they may try to obtain. This is a fraudulent company! They are offering free trial offers, they don't send the product to even try out, and they charge you for this so called product anyway. I'm requesting that this Hydroxytone company cancel any and all accounts and credit my credit card ASAP! I also want them to contact me when this issue is resolved. I will contact this company everyday untill this issue is resolved. Beware of these so called free trial offers. I've had no luck with my resolution as of yet. Thank you, Teresa Morales.
