I was working as a Security Supervisor in a class A Building until last week, when two federal officers arrived in the building with a federal warrant to arrest a person in the building, AS per federal law I offered any assistance I was able to help the agents in the course of their duties. Two days later I was removed from the post and 24 hours later was dismissed from Universal Protection Services.
When I complained about the unfairness of what they had done, I was told that it was the building Management Office of the building (Susan Cano - Regis Property Management) wanted me removed for allowing a federal agent to enter their building, I was to stop and impede them not help them. As Universal Protection had no other positions for me they had to let me GO. I was also told that as I had been removed from a position Universal Protection would be unable to give me reference for any future positions.
