Harrassed and searched for reasons to terminate me after 6 years of service

I worked for Universal for 5 years under San Jose branch, on my 6th year I was changed to Napa branch and from the first day under new management harrassment started. The new branch manager came in and changed my days and hours then they stripped me of my vacation time. After that they told site supervisor to write me up everyday and lie if he needs to. He did his job well and threatened to hit me if I did not signe write up. The Union got involved and got rid of all my write ups, but Universal management kept doing it. Under San Jose I never had a write up, never had a complaint of any kind. The napa branch of Universal protection services are liars, racists, and hateful people.
