This company changed my number of dependants on my w4 form from claiming 0 to claiming 3 and I was single with no children at the beginning of 2012. Apparently somehow i was put in the computer filing 3 dependents and this was false information. Also was not granted access to my check stubs or copy of my w4. Last year I paid in over $1200 in fedral withheld. This year i paid in $30.84 and I have made no changes. My name is Thomas McCleary and i work for Universal protection services.
