R.P.S. Corporation The machines Warranty not worth the papper its wrote on!

Factory Cat also know as R.P.S. Corporation, has known Warranty issues from using defective parts.

Which includes but not limiting, Drive motors, Tanks and Controllers (also know as the computers).

These parts fail way too often and so much they denythe warranty claims due to they was not filed correctly or make you run through hoops in hoping you'll eventually give up.

The tanks are suppose to be covered under 8 year warranty which end up cracking and leaking, Factory Cat says they have fixed this problem by beefing up the tank to a thicker plastic but guess what... They still crack and when they do, good luck in getting it replaced under warranty.

As for the Drive motors, Factory Cat says they have fixed this problem by going with a different motor but they still fail and some new machines still have the old style motor on them even though theyare junk, I guess they had to get rid of them somewhere.
