To whom it may concern, After buying two veh. At Brickell. I recently had my vehicle serviced at Brickell Motors for some warranty issues, they repaired everything exept the left front seat bottom. The left front seat cover has come loose and no longer fits tight around the seat cushion. My veh is still withen the 3/36 factory GM warranty (bumper to bumper) but the very rude service manager (George Ruiz) did not even give me the time of day. He claims the veh was bought used and he can not warranty the seat. When I left there I stopped at marrone chevrolet on sw 8st and service manager said no problem its covered, Then i stopped at williamson cadillac and GMC on us-1 and 104 st and sure enough it was covered and they ordered it for me. I drive all the way to brickell because they have a very good g.M. Tech (Ralph Rodriguez) but if I am going to be treated like this and have my time wasted then i will just have to go else where for my service.
