We were customers since 1996. Customer service agents could never see our record after we bundled. They argued that we joinged in 2005. So much for shoddy records. We got no price breaks and no free ShowTime, HBO, etc. The price went up all the time. We finally left DirectTv in April.in July we got another bill for a PayPerView movie allegedly WATCHED IN JANUARY (we never watched it!) When calling, we advised that we never watched that movie and the agent said the bill stood and it was a valid charge! Money hungry!
