Delaware - help, bac ripped me off!

I need help, wilshire transferred my mortgage to bank of america need i say more! My paperwork has been lost so many times, they took my escrow, said i defaulted my loan mod, and i did not, and the list goes on and on. I was forced to sell my home and they had so many false charges and calculations they kept 40,000.00 0f my settlement. Please if someone can help me i would greatly apprecite it!
