Inadequate Customer Service and Repair Services

I spoak to serveral customer services people, and they had no idea what they were doing. I tried to get repair services to help me, but they would not transfer to them. When I finally got ahold of them they refused to help me. My wife has a business we run in our home, and it is important to have the internet service up and running.
