Discrimination by Centurylink

Well when I moved from one place to another, and got my first notice from Centurylink about the services I ordered, ALL in Spanish (The information about how to use the Services and about the services-since I am Caucasian and Cant speak or read Spanish it was totally useless). So I called and they assured me that was taken care of and I would see any correspondence in English. Then I got my First Bill, again all in Spanish, and Again I called and again was Reassured it was taken care of. Then I got the next bill and again was In spanish and this time I talked to a supervisor and was reassured again, and again this happened again, and it took 4 months for finally getting things in English and then I got a Notice in the Mail the writing was in English but the Phone number on that notice was in spanish only. Totally reverse Discrimination against Caucasians. Stay away from Centurylink, I am going to Cableone services who cares for all there customers and Treat everyone fairly.
