They sized my ring wrong! Lied about the date it would be ready and said they told me what day it would be and 2 other employees said something totaly different, told my husband he was inconvieniencing them treated him very rude upon picking my ring up. We paid $100 for the work and ended up haveing to pay somone the same day we picked it up to resize it right. It took the new repair place less than 10 mins to do somthing kays took 2.5 weeks for and scewed up! They are rude people ooh and if you do go there dress to impress or they wont help you. They are a little bit snooty in attitude! Such a bad experience and very disapointed.
