Phone not working at all. No dial tone or nothing just static

Tried to use phone friday and it wasnt working, cannot dial out or receive call. The phone is just dead. Can you please let verizon or someone know so they can fix the problem. Please let me know about this sisutation or give me a call on my cell at 979-422-8864.
