Phone not working - Bundle Services

My name is Marissa. I live in Cedar Grove, Wisconsin. Our phone service is through the digital phone service that Time Warner Cable provides. Our phone has not been working since eary this morning. We do not get a dial tone nor can we dial a number or receive calls. When someone does try calling us, it goes directly to our voicemail which we cannot get because we cannot dial our number to retrieve it. Please fix this as soon as possible as I work from home and need to be able to make/receive calls as well as punch in and out for work purposes. Please help!!!
