"R" Rated movies sold to minors

My 13 year old son cannot buy a ticket to an "R" rated movie; he cannot buy an "M" rated video game at the game store without parental permission in person; he CAN buy an "R" rated movie at FYE though.

When I went in and asked about the company policy selling "R" rated movies to minors, I was told there is none. When I asked "why not?" I was told "because it's too easy for the kid to grab someone and ask them to buy it." No remorse or apology from the person I was speaking with, just an empty apology.

FYE will never see us again! In fact, I walked right past the display of gift cards and went into a neighboring store to purchase some as holiday gifts.
