The Game X Change in Claremore is a Predatory Business. It profits by ripping of young kids. I was out of town a few days on business. I am a single dad and left my 4 kids in the care of their grandmother. Upon my return they explained to my how the Claremore Game X Change had ripped them off.

They traded some old gaming equipment for some used video games. One of the games never worked for them one single time. The next day they took it back with the receipt to exchange it as the store policy states. They were told that Game X Change does not sale anything defective and that the refund policy would not be honored.

After returning to town. I took the game back myself and requested that they honor they return policy. I further stated that I did not appreciate the Game X Change selling my 11 and 13 year old sons a video game rated "M" for Mature. Of course, they said they did not do that either.

This store is likened to the off brand convience stores who sell porn and beer to minors. They prey on our young children. Had they better trained their Pubescent Pot-Head employees better, they would know that it is better to cheerfully honor their own store policy that to lose a group of customers for life.

I will never do business with any of their locations even after I eventually get my kids money back. Claremore is a respectable small town and does not need that type of business.
