Improper billing/never joined up

Along with a payday loan I got out I suddenly provided authorization to make use of this company. Upon understanding of it through my telephone statement I used three-plus weeks and numerous discussions with Verizon to possess these funds ceased. They proceed regular payment despite all my attempts. I want them to be documented and these costs to be decreased. I don't need this support and not intentionally provided authorization to become billed on My Dad's telephone bill.
