I simply informed Verizon to turn off my house telephone.

Verizon mentioned zapping me with extra costs for blizzard entertainment. We're equally 50 yrs old and do not play games. We eventually got that ceased, but we'd to pay for the statement.

We also told them that costs not associated with telephone calls have to be ceased or we'd need to stop. Then they informed us that they'll place an email within our consideration however it wouldn't absolutely stop these costs. Just how can this be?

We then told them to prevent the car cost and also to alter us back again to a document statement. They stated ok and we quit it at that.

This just got about 15 hours of lost time. We needed the best to challenge before we spend.

It got 2 weeks to prevent the car withhold but still no document statement (August). Today its March and we still don't have any document bill. We contact them-and they claim they cannot do this. Lastly after 5 telephone calls and about 5 hours of lost moment we get anyone to accept change it out to document payment. Then he confirms to email us a statement to ensure that we are able to have it solved.

You know what? They deliver us a their online providers. Not really a copy of the statement.

I will have a purchase in my own hand by telephone.

Today I'll stop my Verizon Wireless as consequence. I am likely to be Verizon FREEEEE!

Customer Support lies at each change after causing you to watch for hours. Perhaps they're simply inefficient or could it be ruin?

Stop Verizon. Make sure they are spend.
