I have been contacting chase about our situation. All I get is, "well you don't qualify. "How is it that only about a handful of people are getting assistance out of the 4 billion dollar bailout and the people who need just consolidating of their existing

Mortgages together they can't do it.
Money is everything even if you have been a customer for a long time. Time to look for a new mortgage company this one isn't doing anything for anybody!
