I have been calling Nissan consumer affairs to speak with who was suppose to be my specialist, her name was Amanda Murry, she refused to answer my call, or call me back. She writes on her computer that she has called me back and keeps getting the wrong number, when I call I keep verifying my number. The real deal is Nissan sucks, their customer service dept, sucks. I have a nissan quest and the timing belt has broke on the car already, the tire rod has gone bad on the car already. Tentioners, have gone bad, I use the best oil in the car and the car is falling apart, I contact nissan, they called me once and now they refuse to call me or refuse to see why this car is falling apart within a matter of 2 years.
