We have been loyal subscribers to Foxtel for years and can't help but wonder why only new customers seem to get all the best deals. It seems Foxtel could care less about pleasing their existing customers and more about roping in fresh meat. I think it's unfair and there should be something done about it. Why not offer a reward system for existing customer. Something similar to what alot of insurance3 companies are doing at the moment ie. After so many years the customer received a percentage of cash back. Or perhaps an upgraded package free of charge for a month. SOMETHING! I think loyalty should be rewarded by big companies, and many people agree with me.

Also, the product isn't as great and convenient as they make it out to be. Our IQ is on the fritz and least once every two wks. It's ridiculous. Whats the point of being able to record a program to watch at a later more convenient time, if it just gets wiped out anyway when we call for assistance. It's a pain in the...!
But, despite this we still remain loyal customers... All we ask for is some kind of recognition.
