Midwestern subscription
Fraud, buyer beware!

Miscellaneous

Just like the other report about Midwestern subscription from Kansas, this was a man posing as a college student trying to earn money for a college trip. He said he was shy and trying to overcome his fear of talking to people, he was quite the oppisite he just walked right in my home like he was a friend or neighbor. I ordered a magazine for my 4yr old that was supposed to be nine issues (1 yr) for $16.00, it ended up being a 2 yr. Deal bringing the price to $32.00 plus $10.00 handling fee for a grand total rip off of $42.00, and my toddler didn't get his magazine! What a con artist!

This happened on 7/6/09, months later I found the receipt in my wallet and wrote a letter requesting a refund for the magazine was no longer age appropriate and honestly I didnt want to deal with them again. My letter was returned marked not deliverable... Imagine that!
