Disney, OK Magazine Subscription Scam at Owasso, OK Wal-Mart parking lot

There was a guy selling magazine subscriptions in Owasso, OK Wal-Mart parking lot. He claimed to be a Senior at RSC, trying to raise money for a trip after graduation, and said that he was trying to get over his phobia of approaching people, to help with his marketing major. He took me for $19. He tried to tack on an extra $10 but I didn't have it. He told me that I should go inside to the ATM. I told him that I wouldn't do that. So he "waived" the $10 extra fee and happily gave me my $1 change. The receipt stated that the transaction could be refunded, if the back of the receipt was signed and sent in to Midwestern Subscription before the 3rd business day. Guess what? That is not a valid address. No such business exists. I called the post office in Disney, OK who verified that Midwestern Subscription did not have an address with them.
I hope to see him again.
I have notified the Owasso police, Wal-Mart, RSC university, and the local news stations. This is all I know to do. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.
