Product was never delivered. They refused to issue a refund. Over $4000!

We purchased 2000 items for an event 500 of a different item. The 500 items arrived on time. The 2000 items did not. They made excuses. They said they would refund. Didn't happen. They said the check was in the mail. It wasn't. They said they would credit our original credit card. They did not. The lies just wouldn't stop. We are talking about over $4,000 that they have stolen from us! We are a non-profit organization. They took our money, did not deliver product, and will not refund it.
