Company took my PayPal payment and refused to send product or issue refund

Gameim.com sells virtual items for use in many online games, mostly of the MMORPG genre. I purchased $27 worth of items for my son using my PayPal account.

They refused to deliver the item after recieving the payment and asked that I send them a copy of the PayPal transaction notice because they knew it would only be sent to the legitimate owner of the account. I had no problem with this so I sent immediately.

They still refused to honor their part of the transaction and demanded that I send them a copy of my photo ID, which I refused. It has been over five weeks now and I still cannot get a refund or the items. PayPal was not helpful in resolving the dispute either and would not make them refund my payment, even though they admitted not delivering the product.

The products that this company deals in are in direct violation of every game that they are selling the virtual products for. I believe a class-action lawsuit should be launched against this company believe I feel they have probably wronged many consumers and I know they have stolen from me.
