Failure to comply with fair trade rules

Jjohn likes of ncb collectors 1 (800) 828-1110, ext. 1394, called my wife's place of business and tried to talk to her. She refused the call and immediately called me at home. I returnd his call from home and told him to never attempt to call her again at work. I usedvery strong language and in a tone showing that i ment business. This same person has called my son-in-laws father in a nearby townand frankly scared him half to death. He thought i had been involved in an automobile accident or something worse. This second situation was also condemned by this writer. Several letters have been sent to this firm and are being ignored completely. Several more will be sent in a single envelope. I know how to harrass if i need to.
