I got a phone call from my father-in law tonight stating the UCB called him and stated that my wife had used his SSN to get a credit card (not true) and seeing that she had not made a a few payments (working with Credit solutions) that he was being sued by them liable for half the debt. Needless to say this caused a little turn-oil in my household when my father-in law called screaming at me stating that I stole his SSN to get a credit card for my wife. this is the web site to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. From reading what others have posted about this company it seems that they have no respect for our laws and only care about is getting there money by any means. I find this kind of funny that a company would break a law that they should know by heart. Will this time they picked on the wrong person I'm a federal Police officer and know Federal Law quit well. I'm eagerly awaiting their harassing phone call tomorrow so that I can set them straight. Seeing that there are only 50 posts on this site this company must be scamming a lot of people. I hope this will help anyone else who is called by this bully of a company.
