Once again

I had recently posted a complaint and I had taken care of the problem (so I thought). I had did the run around and turned in my paper work for the 6th time this year (since feb. 2010) and they told me that everything was good and once again I did not get my funds and went and looked in the mail and received the same paper they gave me last time which I had just did last week. So I call and leave a msg and wait. Well my paper tells me I have a phone meeting at 3:00pm so I call at this time and the lady who answers the phone and I tell her what's up and she tells me were really busy so no one will be able to talk to you today. What's with you Aurora ides why can't you get your stuff together sounds like somebody isn't doing there job or a really bad micomunication problem what ever it may be has got to STOP! I along as a lot of other hard working americans need to pay there bills and have no time for you foolish mistakes or lazziness.
