Ripoff

We rented a washer and t. V from rent way where i live trying to get out of renting as much as possible my husband bought me a washer and took theirs back she got mad and said don't worry you will be back now she is trying to charge for the t. V what it cost to rent the washer and t. V she is the store manager. I think before being hired in the public she should have had people skills she is hateful and obviously likes ripping people off i would really like to talk to her boss and make a complaint if anyone can tell me how to do this or have had any problems with rent way please let me know.
