Cat Faeries owner has denied me their product because evidently I hurt her feelings by making a comment about high shipping costs (see her comment below.) My cat, Lola, has been diagnosed with kidney disease and I tried to purchased the Kidney Kitty. Gail Columbo has basically called me stupid for not understanding how her costs are calibrated on shipments. This woman denied helping my animal because she's petty and can't stand to have her feelings hurt. Her commitment to helping animals is second to her mean spirited commitment to being vengeful (which is a joke if you read her customer service page, basically she can be rude and nasty, but don't you dare or your animal will suffer to consequences.) I'm not the only customer she's done this to.
