Ripoff LVAAP makes you send $20.00 to receive winnings of $3,341, 006.00 Ripoff

We had been receiving weird phone calls that did not leave a message. Then I get a letter in the mail stating that I won 3,341, 006.00. I disregarded it at first then two weeks later they send a new letter stating that all prizes were collected except mine and I had until May 2 to respond and send a $20.00 check or money order. It took them 2-3 weeks to cash the check. I have not heard anything from them. My daughter gets on-line to check if they had a website and she found out it was a hoax. Also, I will need to keep on sending them $20.00 to claim my winnings. I agree with the woman in TN, if I won that much money couldn't they take the $20.00 out of my winnings. I will know when they send the next letter to send them more money not to. I want the money they owe me that they stated in a letter that I won.
