Mismanagement of funds

For more then forty-five years, i have been receiving my mail at my mother's address. This has become my mailing address. So when i realised that m&t bank had been taking money out of my account without my permission, some months had pass. I learn that m&t bank had been in the act of taking, $30.99, from my checking on or about the 4th of every month from june to november. At the time i could not understand why my checking account would show an overdraft nearly every month. Because i live from check to check this was becoming a real hardship for me. $30.99, was being sent to emusic.com music (866-240-9271). Because of this transaction, i payed a lot of penalities. As soon as i found out about this matter, i contacted emusic and asked them how did they get my bank card number? I was told that they did't have my card #. I then ask why, did you take money from my account knowing that i did not use, downlode, order or owe emusic any money for any reason? I then said, please, please don't take any more money from my account. I was then told." all right sir, as of today your account will be closed. Sorry for any inconvenance we may have caused you". As of this date m&t bank, has not giving me any answers in reference to this matter. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me. I feel that my money should be return to me by m&t bank with interest.
