Once again, stole money from my account!

I, also tried emusic's free 7-day trial. I also cancelled the very next day, due to difficulty in downloading music. Needless to say, six days later, my account was debited for 11.99. I contacted them by email, received a very quick response. The account was cancelled, in which I ate the cost, among overdraft fees from my bank (as of 4-10-09). Once, again I am being charged, I have a copy of the email that they sent stating that the account was cancelled. I've tried to contact them about this matter to no avail. I would appreciate any help available.
