Com Emusic Took money out of my debit card without me knowing!

Took money out of the account and wanted to cancel but can not get anyone on phone just recording. I never downloaded a thing off the site. I only gave them my credit card number to verify that I am a new customer. I did not know they would've gone into my account and took out $9.99 which caused me $34 from my bank, because I haven't used that account in a year.

I try to contact the number and no response, I emailed them and it came back. I had to close out the account and file a report with my bank.
