Bank of America Mistreats Customers

I banked with Bank of America for a number of years simply because of its locations. I have never been happy with their customer service but stayed only out of convenience. Lately, out of the blue, they closed all my accounts after I transferred out my investment. They refused to provide a reason, stating it was a business decision.
