Motorcycle repair, want $50 refund for "on call advice."

Name: Tijays Moto, 'Mobile Motorcycle Mechanic. Questionable repair service. On the surface, he acts like a bigger business and will even pick up the motorcycle from you. Talks a good game. But you learn quickly that he is usually a one person team, and not particularly great.in one week—26 miles—after getting a tune up, my bike would not run/accelerate. Then the float tube was sticking—even though I just got everything cleaned! He came out after weeks of hounding him only to tell me it was the vacuum piston, and "he had noticed that during the repair. "Are you kidding me? Then why didn't I GET THE NOTICE? The part is hard to come by so it took some weeks, only now he cannot be found, and will not answer my calls, emails or texts. Attempting to go to his website shows that it is no longer functioning. He is apparently a swindler running a highschool type repair business. Do not use this guy. Seems like a scam. I cannot contact him now. He drives a black (?) pick up with a orange, I believe, logo on the side. He is very questionable and will take your money for a sub par repair. He offers less than average cost because he is a less than average repair person. Fact.
