Unbelievable Business practices in the food preperation business by an owne

We ordered food and the some of the order was not available and they called to request that we substitute for another item, when i selected a new item i was then lied to about the price of the new item and charged to much, When we finally received the order, the hot sub was completely smashed to the point of being inedible and the rest was a soggy mess. When i called i was frustrated after politely trying to get a refund in return of the food. Only to have the owner of the franchise make excuses for his mistake and refuse to correct them. He then offering a discount on the next purchase. I had no need for a discount due to the fact i will never eat or purchase another item there after being treated so disrespectfully!
