Ripoff unfulfilled order South Florida

Ordered on or about 03-10 Joys of Cooking CD for my wife; paid for by credit card, which was charged within a day or two. Order confirmation gave order tracking number, customer service email and phone number. It stated that order fulfillment takes 4-6 weeks. Finally checked up on it today. Called phone number - recording says it is disconnected. Sent email to address - waiting for reply. Attempted to bring up web site in browser window - was redirected to domain name registration site (i.E., web domain no longer in use). Area code (561) is in south Florida.
