TRUE VALUE sells ONE COAT that takes (7) Seven Coats to cover!

I bought EasyCare paint the label claims one coat to cover any wood surface. After (7) Seven coats I still see black marks and white and green colors bleeding through from prior paint. Why should we, as consumers, be gouged by high prices for products that DO NOT stand up to the company claims. More importantly I contacted TRUE VALUE and they didn't have the time or apparent interest in responding.

Do not buy easycare paint from true value
