Bragada Mattress
Don't keep their word

We purchased a Bragada Mattress in Dec.By June we were starting to wonder about the quality, and by November we were sure—the mattress is garbage. We contacted Bragada, jumped through all their hoops, and today were told we had voided our warranty as we had not had the proper frame support for the mattress. Since I had SPECIFICALLY explained what we planned to use, and been told 'that would be fine' we are extremely unhappy. DO NOT BUY BRAGADA PRODUCTS! They use every loop-hole and have NO intention of guaranteeing their inferior products.
