As per our letter of 12/21/09, the installation of our wood floors is horrible. The damage done to other parts of our house as evidenced by the pictures sent in print AND by email prove the disasterous work done by Mickler Flooring. I have NOT had repair work done thus far and DO NOT EVER want Mickler Flooring in my home again. I want the money I paid to HSS returned to me.
