Loan modification - Loan Modification

I have been in the home loan modification as of 06/09 and have been making my forbearance payments since then. When I started the program, i was told this process takes 90-120 days, it is now going on 8 months. I haven't even been assigned an analyst as of yet. I call at least once a week and I am being told something different each time. All required paperwork has been sent SEVERAL times. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and my next step is the Attorney General and I am prepared to take it futher if needed.
