Total Bright and Bright White... One located in CA and the other in Panama. There is a popup on the internet: "I live in your area and I have found these two products that actually work together to get your teeth white like from a dentist. Right now these products are offering a trial that ends in 14 days."

You close this popup and then get "Wait!!! You only pay the shipping and tax." Now I'm interested because its so cheap. Now you are suckered in!!!

On 11/01 I first get a charge of $4.95 from Total Bright. I think this is my shipping and tax. Then same date there's a charge of $3.87 from Bright White. Same day charge of $1.49 from Bright White. Same day charge of $0.12 from Bright White. Same day a charge of $0.04 from BW.

Now on 11/08 I am charged $87.13 from Bright White. And then $2.61 from BW. I call my bank and after practically begging I am given a temp. Credit while under investigation. I'm still waiting for that outcome.

Now today 11/15/10 still processing, I am charged $129.95 from Total Bright. These are the people from CA. I call their toll free number. I state my case about this charge and am told that that amount is a membership fee, nonrefundable (of course!). Bottomline, after much back and forth I am able to get a refund of $50. Needless to say I cancelled my so-called membership.

After I see all the complaints about these people and many more different people under different names, I'm not holding my breath for the "refund". I think these companies are working in concert with each other.

Then the further I investigate, there are several of these crooks scamming the public, just under different names that are very similar. Complaints from Australia, England, etc. So now I'm thinking "international fraud".

This crosses state lines and around the world, making this a federal offense and international fraud. This should be reported to the FBI post-haste.

Sign me "Snafued in Texas". It can happen to anyone...
