This company didn't pay their consultants working on h1b for long period of time and then filed chapter 11 (got away with it), i was h1b employee, they used their hard earned money and god only knows which hole they put it in. They are the worst liars and have played with lives of people by putting them thru mental trauma, they could not afford to play with hired citizens so they screwed especially the h1 workers as their hands are tied up, used up their money to payoff higher level ppl, there are no words to express their unethical and ruthless actions, they have run payroll and not paid employees. They have used all tactics they can to exploit h1 workers left right and center. The company's website is ridiculously fake, they never had any direct clientele till date, they are simply tier 3 or lower category body shopper's who wait for an opportunity to exploit whoever and whenever. They would not take any calls as they know ppls are calling for thier payments. Many of them filed dol complaints and they tried to threaten them too.
The fact is this company still exist after eating up ppls money, chapter 11 came to their protection.
