This is a warning for all potential clients and employees of Advantage Staffing (regular and temp). Advantage has a history of high mark ups and margins charged to thier clients, selective raising of rates on SUTA increases (not passed on to all clients, others at higher rates), un or under qualified temp work force in most assignments, lack on drug testing, I9, and other promised services.

For the temporary workers; they routinely will have a client who is paying higher wages then what is paid to you. This is done by a means the company calls "PAY DOWNS". I.E. The client is offering 10.00 per hour and Advantage will pay the associates 8.59 to make a higher margin off the backs of thier temp force. They teminate you if you are injured on the job and need workers comp. And rarely offer minority workers the better paying opportunities they get.

As for thier employees; Advantage has one of if not the highest turnover rates in staffing. The company is only concerned with the bottom line. There is little training provided, and the employee is often mistreated or ignored. There is a long line of former employees who have filed grievances against the company with the EEOC, OSHA, and the DOL. Management is only concerned with ways to keep the top (Area Directors and up) making the money.

In short: Advantage is a Rip Off for clients and workers who are looking for relief in this economy.
