The Company is very unprofessional

I experienced several situations having to do with a former employee that were handled extremely unprofessional. The owner, Danny Bonfiglio, is very greedy and charges his non-american workers astonishing prices to live in a small camper with as many co-workers as he can get away with. There have been several Sexual Harassment lawsuits filed against Danny Bonfiglio within the company. He treates his employees with total disrespect and is holding back the last pay-check that he owes to one of his former employees due to bogus reasons. When confronted by the employee, Danny refused to discuss this matter civily. He called the former employee extremely vulgar names, grabbed his crotch, continued to cuss him out as well as use every word he could think of to defame his character. Danny also was pointing his finger at the former employee and yelling so loud at him outside of his company. If the former employee wouldn't have backed up, I'm sure Danny would have ended up placing his hands on this guy all over a pay check that his employee is entitled to, which is stated by the Louisiana Labor Law. This employee worked long hard hours for this money and not only did he have to suffer the loss of not collecting his hard earned money, but his family also had to suffer. Due to this matter, bills were left unpaid, the family, including an infant, were left with no money on which they were depending to live off of at the time. This happened approximately 2 weeks ago and still has not been resolved. I strongly feel this company needs to be closely watched due to all of the unprofessional matters which seem to be a regular pattern of this company. I would never do business with them again as well as NEVER refer anyone, even my worst enemy, to Danny Bonfiglio's co., Jani Care, located in Industriplex Located on Exchequer rd. Off industriplex. Some disciplinary actions must be taken before this guy Danny Bonfiglio, uses his unprofessional, greedy ways of handling his business to take advantage and manipulate others employed there. This whole incident makes me disgusted!
