Cannot Conference Call - conference calls don't work

MagicJack works OK, but a serious issue for business users: currently, due to technical issues that their "engineers are working on", one cannot connect to a conference call service other than MagicJack's. If you call a conference calling service number, MagicJack's service answers. Conference calls are a big reason that small business owners are attracted to magicjack. For me, it renders magicjack nearly useless. No estimated date for a fix could be given and no notification will go out when it happens. "Keep visiting our website" was the customer service answer.
