This is an on-line auction company. What they do is get the customer to use they're credit card to place money into a so called pot. Then the customer can make bids. If buy some ungodly luck the customer wins the bid. The money is available. And of course you can add money to your account by using the credit card on file. Well, Once I started to fill suspicios about the whole thing. I find out that theres a $159.00 fee they charge. So Immediately I talk to customer service (on-line) Canceling my account. Which they approve. I had to download the refund form and send it in. Keep in mind, Your refund in guarenteed. Well the formed was sent in to them on Sept 20. I contacted them every week for 5 weeks. Finally on Nov 3rd. I contacted them to inform them that the money has not been credit back to my account. This time I was told that the company has gone under and refunds could'nt be honored. I've been had. Today I made a promise to myself. No more money tranactions over the internet. And I must be close enough to that person whom I'm dealing, Just to assure my self that If they even thinks about wanting to scam me. The police want have to go far. Keep in mind.
